BOTOX® Cosmetic Manhattan
BOTOX® is a protein that weakens muscles that wrinkle the skin. It is injected under the skin into areas surrounding the eyes, forehead and mouth to reduce “worry lines”, “crow’s feet” and “frown lines”. The procedure is quick and usually done in an examination room.

JUVÉDERM® Injectable Gel Manhattan
Juvéderm is an injectable gel that gently reverses many signs of aging in the face, including fine lines and wrinkles, crow’s feet, thinning lips and loosening skin. It can also “plump up” the lips, sculpt the cheeks, and restore a youthful oval shape to the face. It is made with hyaluronic acid, a natural substance found in the body that works with collagen and elastin to give volume and support to the skin. Because it is non-animal-based and highly biocompatible, no pre-treatment testing is needed. Juvéderm comes in three formulas optimized for the depth of the area being treated. Results last about 6-9 months and can be made to last even longer with a simple follow-up treatment a few weeks after the initial injection.

TCA Skin Peels Manhattan
TCA is a non-toxic chemical that has been used to perform skin peels for over 30 years. Unlike some other peels, TCA peels have the advantage of creating a fresh natural appearing complexion, while preserving the normal skin color. For this reason, they are often referred to as “freshening peels”. TCA peels can effectively improve many conditions, including:
- Dull, weathered skin
- Freckling
- Blotchy pigmentation
- Sun damage
- Fine wrinkles
- Shallow acne scars

Dermabrasion Manhattan
Dermabrasion removes a layer of surface skin to improve the a
ppearance of facial scarring due to acne, chicken pox, injury or other causes, as well as uneven pigmentation, wrinkles, sun damage, tattoos, age spots and certain kinds of skin lesions. The skin is frozen, typically with a spray, and then abraded with a high-speed rotary instrument for a dramatically smoother, fresher look. After the procedure it is normal to feel a sensation similar to sunburn for a week or so, at which time most patients are able to return to work. The newly revealed skin will likely appear pinker than usual for two to three months. Patients should be sure to adequately protect skin from sunlight.

Dermasweep Microdermabrasion System
This next generation microdermabrasion system eliminates t
he messy and often times irritating aluminum oxide crystals that most microdermabrasion systems rely on to remove dead skin. Instead, Dermasweep features a closed system that features a variable level vacuum pump that gently lifts the skin surface as the device “sweeps away” the dead skin. This medical-grade system results in a deeper peel and polish of your skin. Dermasweep is also used to individualize treatments to specific skin conditions such as acne, sun-damaged or hyperpigmentation. Early signs of skin aging are also treated using Dermasweep’s unique Epidermal Infusion treatments.
